The option to change this behavior can be found in the Delegates Permissions dialog It will take your manager only a few seconds to change it so that you won’t receive these anymore. While you could create a rule to sort out the mess, the real solution lies in requesting your manager to modify the delegate permissions he/she has set up for you.īy default, delegates are set to receive copies of meeting-related messages such as meeting requests and responses. How can I stop this and only receive my own invitations again?
